Kevin was appointed Clerk to the Council in 2021 and is also the Responsible Financial Officer. He is the Proper Officer of the Council and as such is under a statutory duty to carry out all the functions, required by law of a local authority.
His primary responsibility is to advise the council on governance, ethical and procedural matters and whether its decisions are lawful.
