Spaces are limited to just 9 so please prebook to secure your place. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This course is suitable for beginning students looking for a gentle and strengthening somatic approach to yoga with a focus on learning the foundations.

During the course you will:

  • Build strength and stability
  • Be introduced to somatic movement and gentle breathing to calm the nervous system
  • Experience restorative poses, guided relaxation and mindfulness meditation
