Notice of the Parish Council Meeting
ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARISH COUNCIL ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO ATTEND AN ONLINE ZOOM MEETING OF BOURTON ON
THE HILL PARISH COUNCIL ON TUESDAY 8
TH DECEMBER 2020 AT 6:30PM FOR THE TRANSACTION OF THE FOLLOWING
BUSINESS AND TO FOLLOW THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.

AGENDA
1 Welcome and apologies for absence:
2 Declaration of Councillors interests for items on the agenda
3 Approval of the minutes of the meeting of the Parish Council held on July 8th 2020.
4 Matters arising from the previous minutes
4.1 The plaque in memory of Sir Peter Herbert is in place by the water trough down Back Lane.
5 In accordance with Standing Orders public speaking will be limited solely to items on the agenda

7 Finance:
7.1 Finance report by the Responsible Finance Officer
7.2 Draft budget for 2021/2022 will be circulated by the RFO
7.3 Expenditure items paid by BACS and in accordance with the budget: Community Heartbeat Trust £51.82
for replacement defibrillator pads, Martin Brace £60 for work on the memorial plaque, Lazenby IT £1.87
software security subscription, Clerk’s salary for July to September and HMRC contributions £114.00.
7.4 Items to be paid by BACS: A. Vigrass for website items (WordPress Premium: £84, WordPress Business
level: £170, Microsoft email account for November 2020: £4.56). Tim Cranston for website expenses £tbc
Clerk’s salary for October to December and HMRC contributions £114.00.
7.5 Decision to renovate/replace or return the Bledisloe Cup competition sign. Quotation from Sign of the
Times Ltd: renovation approximately £834.00 + carriage and VAT, cost of a new sign £3993.00 + carriage
and VAT.

9 Highways: Speed and crime cameras.
10 Review of the latest planning applications:
19/03680/FUL Little Tithe Bourton-On-The-Hill, GL56 9AE. Compliance with Condition 3 (biodiversity report) of
Permission 20/03055/COMPLY. Erection of single storey front extension, installation of 4no. dormer windows
and 1no roof light, window and door alterations, and installation of front canopy. Permitted.
20/02734/PLP Construction of up to two dwellings. Land South East of Little Tithe, Bourton-On-The-Hill.
Permitted.
20/02181/FUL Little Tithe Bourton-On-The-Hill, GL56 9AE Rebuilding section of dry stone wall Permitted.
20/03789/FUL Full Application for Erection of a single storey extension to existing outbuilding at 2 School
House, Bourton On The Hill, GL56 9AH. Still to be decided, deadline for comment is December 9th.
11 Correspondence received. We had a request for filming in October from a production company scouting
for film locations ‘Extraordinary Escapes’ presented by Sandi Toksvig.
