MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BOURTON ON THE HILL PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON TUESDAY 11TH JUNE 2019 AT
9:00AM IN THE OLD SCHOOL HALL, BOURTON ON THE HILL.
PRESENT: COUNCILLORS ANDY VIGRASS (CHAIRMAN), TOM MARTIN, ANGELA HAY AND ALEXIA MONROE
(CLERK).
1. The chairman Andy Vigrass accepted apologies from Councillors Bowden, Davis
and Norton.
2. Declaration of interest in the items on the agenda: None.
3. Finance:
3.1. Section 1 of the Annual Return: Annual Governance. Statement for the audit
which closed on March 31st 2019 was approved unanimously and signed by the
chairman and the clerk.
3.2 The Certificate of Exemption for the external audit was approved unanimously
and signed by the chairman and the clerk.
3.3 Section 2 of the Annual Return: Accounting Statements was approved
unanimously and signed by the chairman and the clerk.
4. Date of next full council meetings: July 8th, September 9th and December 9th
.
